Job summary

Montana's in Lloydminster is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, develop staff through the Restaurant Leader Certification Program, and uphold brand standards for an exceptional guest experience.

You will partner with the GM to drive key financials and KPIs while fostering teamwork in dining room and kitchen roles. Growth and development opportunities are available within this iconic Canadian brand.

• Post secondary degree/diploma in hospitality and/or a business related field.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for timely progress through the Restaurant Leader Certification Program, taking on additional responsibilities as learning and skill enhancements occur
• Assist in the day-to-day leadership and management of a Montana's restaurant as directed by the General Manager (GM)
• Be accountable for key financials and key performance indicators, in partnership with the Leadership team
• Develop the ability to effectively lead both dining room and kitchen operations while adhering to brand standards
• Support the GM in all aspects of operating a "Benchmark Restaurant" to the Brand standards, creating a perfect guest experience every time while focusing on on-going associate development

Education
