Job summary

Tim Hortons in Barrie, Ontario is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead by example and support the Owner and Restaurant Manager in daily operations of a fast-paced restaurant. You will train staff, ensure guest service, quality and cleanliness, and help balance cash while supervising a diverse team across multiple shifts.

The role requires dependable leadership, strong communication, and the ability to organize, plan, and optimize labor and inventory in a timely manner.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost

• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews

• Organize and maintain inventory
