Job summary

Skyline is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to join our Residential Operations team in Guelph, Ontario. You’ll help keep communities clean, safe, and welcoming, supporting day-to-day building operations and tenant services.

You’ll handle leasing inquiries, logbooks, leases, inspections, and basic repairs, with on-call availability. A strong customer service mindset and teamwork are essential to help residents enjoy comfortable, well-maintained homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day building operations, including cleaning common areas and minor maintenance.
• Support resident satisfaction by responding to questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Assist with leasing activities by welcoming prospective residents, conducting unit showings, and providing information on rentals.
• Maintain records such as logbooks, applications, leases, inspections, and rent-related documents.
• Assist with apartment turnover, inspections, cleanups, and minor repairs.
• Support exterior upkeep including curb appeal, snow removal, and seasonal maintenance.
