Skyline is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager in Belleville, Ontario, to support day-to-day building operations, resident service, leasing activities, and property upkeep.

You will handle logbooks, leases, inspections, and respond to tenant requests; prior experience in residential property management or customer service is an asset; Skyline offers competitive benefits and an apartment is provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day building operations, including cleaning common areas, completing general maintenance tasks, and keeping the property safe, clean, and welcoming.
• Support resident satisfaction by responding to tenant questions, concerns, and service requests with professionalism and care.
• Assist with leasing activities by responding to rental inquiries, welcoming prospective residents, conducting unit showings, and providing information on available rentals.
• Maintain records and complete admin duties such as logbooks, applications, leases, inspections, emails, and rent-related documents.
• Help with apartment turnover by supporting move-in/move-out inspections and minor repairs.
