Job summary

BGIS in Ottawa is seeking a Property Manager to maintain positive tenant relationships and lead a team in delivering proactive facilities management. You will coordinate tenant communications, oversee operations, and ensure lease obligations are fulfilled while driving client satisfaction and financial success.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a relevant diploma, and professional accreditations (CFM/CPM/FMA/RPA).

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent training in property management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial property management or similar.
• Relevant professional accreditations (CFM, CPM, FMA, RPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive tenant relationships and respond proactively to tenant issues.
• Coordinate tenant construction activities and landlord work to meet lease obligations.
• Lead meetings with management, tenants, vendors, contractors and senior management as needed.
• Prepare and distribute tenant communications and maintain building presentation standards.
