Job summary

Fitzrovia is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to lead daily property operations and deliver exceptional resident service in our on-site team. You will oversee the Concierge group, manage budgets, and coordinate communications with residents while supporting management of the property and its financial reporting.

The role requires 2–5 years in real estate or hospitality, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Real Estate, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate or hospitality.
• Superior customer service skills with a commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in computer literacy; willingness to learn new systems; Yardi is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide a 5-star living experience by delivering exceptional customer service to prospects, residents, and guests.
• Lead rent collection efforts, including lease termination and legal actions if required.
• Manage, coach, and lead the Concierge team to ensure high service standards.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of resident documents, ledgers, and files.
• Address the concerns of prospective and current residents in a professional and friendly manner.
• Model Fitzrovia’s service standards and train others to engage effectively with residents.
• Assist in managing the property budget and optimize net operating income.
• Oversee move-in/move-out processes, inspections, and community walkthroughs as needed.
• Serve as the Property Manager in absence to ensure continuity of operations.
