We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a two-person team to live and work at our property. This role requires onsite residence, working four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and being on-call during some evenings.

The position involves sharing a suite with your teammate.

The Opportunity

Realstar manages over 160 properties across Canada, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction. Assistant Property Managers are vital to the successful operation of our residential rental buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas (hallways, stairs, elevators)
• Performing minor maintenance repairs
• Preparing apartments for new residents
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Assisting with leasing apartments
• Responding to on-call requests

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning
• Minor maintenance skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Availability to work some evenings and weekends
