GWL Realty Advisors in Vancouver is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple properties within the portfolio. The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple properties within the portfolio. This role ensures properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and financial performance meets company objectives. Responsibilities include operational oversight, tenant relations, financial management, contract administration, and capital project coordination.
The base salary for this position is between $65,800.00 to $109,700.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc ).
