Our client is a privately held real estate company with a diversified portfolio of commercial and boutique residential assets across Southern Ontario.

Join them as Assistant Property Manager and Tenant Coordinator.

Your New Employer

With a long-standing reputation for hands-on ownership and thoughtful property management, they pride themselves on striking a balance between operational excellence and tenant-focused service.

Their portfolio includes approximately 40 properties totalling 2 million sq. ft., spanning locations across the GTA, London, Cambridge, Burlington, Stoney Creek, and downtown Toronto. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a driven, adaptable, and resourceful Assistant Property Manager & Tenant Coordinator to join their team.

Your New Role

You'll play a key role in supporting capital projects, managing tenant relations, and handling daily administrative operations across a dynamic portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for tenants, coordinate access to properties for vendors and contractors, and provide behind-the-scenes support on key capital initiatives. You’ll also collect and submit vendor invoices, distribute rent notices, and help manage lease documentation and ongoing tenant communication.

Your ability to multitask, think on your feet, and bring common sense to complex situations will be highly valued. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, fieldwork, and being part of a lean, collaborative team. Expect to be on site 2–3 days per week, with flexibility depending on project and property needs.

What Sets You Apart

You bring 3–5 years of experience in commercial property management or a coordinator-level role, ideally with exposure to both tenant-facing and financial administration tasks. You have a strong foundation in Microsoft Office and are open to learning new systems—Skyline experience is an asset, but not required. You’re confident working independently, comfortable behind the wheel (mileage reimbursed), and have the judgment to know when to escalate and when to act.

Your ability to communicate effectively, stay organized, and maintain strong follow-through will be key to your success. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-moving, non-micromanaged environment and enjoys balancing structure with flexibility, this role could be a great fit.

What You Can Expect

You’ll join a well-established company with a reputation for operational excellence and long-term relationships. The team values initiative, practicality, and people who get things done. You’ll have autonomy, variety in your day-to-day work, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing and well-managed portfolio.

Next Steps

If you’re ready to grow your career in property management and believe you’d bring value to this team, we’d love to hear from you.

If you meet the specified qualifications and criteria and believe you have unique qualities to bring to our client’s team, I would be delighted to arrange a confidential conversation. Let's discuss how HighView can help you make your Best Next Move.
