Qualifications

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • BA/BSc in Psychology.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in academic institutions for a part‑time role.
  • Experience in providing counseling services to students in higher education is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of student development theory and counseling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
