Entrepreneurship Center by UofCanada is seeking a dedicated Student Counselor to provide comprehensive counseling to students, focusing on academic, personal, social, and career development.

The role sits within the Student Development department in New Capital, and involves conducting counseling, coordinating referrals, and developing outreach initiatives to support student well‑being. Requires a Master’s degree and substantial experience in higher education counseling.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• BA/BSc in Psychology.
• 3–5 years’ experience in academic institutions for a part‑time role.
• Experience in providing counseling services to students in higher education is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of student development theory and counseling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
