Job summary

Laura Canada in St. Catharines is seeking a Team Leader to deliver a memorable shopping experience and lead a fashion-focused sales team for Laura and Melanie Lyne brands.

You will train staff, manage customer service excellence, promote programs, and stay on top of current trends while supporting development and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Act as a stylist to build a personalized wardrobe for the customer.

• Perform daily tasks such as changing prices, handling shipping orders/transfers and keeping the store clean.
• Open and close the store as required.
