Laura Canada is hiring a Sales Associate in women’s fashion to deliver a personalized shopping experience across our iconic Laura and Melanie Lyne brands. You will work with a dynamic team to build wardrobes, drive sales, and maintain outstanding store presentation.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and staying current with fashion trends while supporting company programs and teamwork. Strong communication and initiative are valued.

Qualifications

• Passion for women’s fashion and customer care.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Act as a stylist to build a personalized wardrobe for the customer.
• Contribute to and achieve the store's sales targets.
• Provide exemplary customer service with strong product knowledge and current fashion awareness.
• Promote various programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Perform daily tasks such as price changes, shipping and order transfers.
• Ensure a neat and inviting store appearance.
