The Assistant Manager of retail oversees daily operations of all retail areas, including Outfitters, Spirit Gallery, Essentials, Rentals, Grizzly Yurt, and Theatre. The role involves supporting the Retail Manager in leadership, purchasing, and ensuring department KPIs are met.
This position supervises Retail Supervisors, Key Holders, Inventory Clerk, and Retail Associates.
Hours depend on weather; flexibility required. Shifts may include weekends and holidays. Tasks involve standing, lifting, twisting, and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Annual salary: $55,000 to $62,000. Benefits include:
