Mezza Lebanese Kitchen (Cole Harbour) is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Franchise Owner, gaining real responsibility and growth toward a Store Manager position.

You will lead shifts, oversee operations, train staff, and manage scheduling, costs, and quality. This role offers growth, mentorship, and a fast-paced, team-driven environment with tips included.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and set the tone for the team.

• Manage labour and food cost targets and adjust as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and service standards.
• Handle customer interactions and resolve issues professionally.

Mezza Lebanese Kitchen (Cole Harbour) is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to join our leadership team.

What makes this role different

This is not just a support role. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Franchise Owner, learning what it takes to run a successful restaurant. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility and given the tools to grow into a full Store Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Leading shifts and setting the tone for the team
• Supporting daily operations to ensure fast, consistent, high quality service
• Interviewing and helping hire new team members
• Training and developing employees to meet Mezza standards
• Creating weekly schedules using Push Operations
• Managing labour and food cost targets and making real time adjustments
• Holding the team accountable to cleanliness, food safety, and service standards
• Handling customer interactions and resolving issues professionally
• Working closely with the Store Manager and Franchise Owner on performance and growth plans
