Groupe Dynamite seeks a proactive Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

You will drive sales, optimize inventory, handle shipments, restock, and oversee eCommerce order fulfillment while upholding brand standards and visual merchandising across the store. A passion for fashion and strong organizational skills are essential, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• 2 years of management experience in fashion retail.
