As part of our Retail team, the Assistant Manager is responsible for creating a client experience that reflects our brand ethos while building strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service.

- Meet and exceed individual and store goals for personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
Leadership and Initiative:

- Assist in training and developing team members through roleplay and coaching.
