Job summary

Structube in Mississauga is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations with a customer-first mindset. You will guide a team to deliver exceptional service, meet sales targets, and uphold Structube's standards across floor operations.

This role requires hands-on leadership, recruitment and training, overseeing inventory, scheduling, and cost control to ensure profitability. Growth opportunities and employee recognition are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a retail store and 1 year in a management position.

Qualifications

Qualifications required for this position:

• Minimum 2 years working in a retail store and 1 year working in a management position;
• High level of initiative and entrepreneurship;
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication skills in a customer-driven environment;
• Strong sense of organization, structured and ordered;
• Strong interpersonal skills in a customer-driven environment;
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 65 lbs; heavier merchandise with team assistance.
