Job summary

Structube in Halifax, Canada is seeking a sales associate to help customers by promoting our modern furniture and accessories. You will be part of a friendly team in our store, delivering excellent service and helping customers find the right pieces for their home.

You will follow up after sales to track deliveries, assist with inventory receiving, and ensure the showroom is clean and well presented. This role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is required.
• Ability to listen well and offer advice.
• Strong collaboration and enthusiasm for interior design.
• Ability to lift up to 30 kg (65 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Advise customers by promoting our furniture and accessories.

Job Description

What your day to day will look like:

• Advise customers by promoting our furniture and accessories;
• Ensure after-sales follow-up in order to track deliveries and answer customer questions;
• Participate in inventory management and reception of goods;
• Ensure that furniture and accessories are highlighted and that the store is clean;
• Perform other related duties.

Qualifications

Qualifications required for this position:

• Experience in retail;
• Demonstrate a sense of listening and the ability to offer advice;
• Strong spirit of collaboration, enthusiasm and interest in interior design;
• Ability to move or lift loads up to 65 lbs (30 kg).
