Job summary

Structube is seeking a customer-oriented retail advisor to promote furniture and accessories in our stores and at the head office. You will follow up on deliveries, answer questions, and help manage inventory while maintaining a clean, attractive store environment.

The role emphasizes listening, collaboration, and enthusiasm for interior design, with growth opportunities within a dynamic team. Prior retail experience is preferred and a strong customer focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail.
• Demonstrate listening and the ability to offer advice.
• Strong spirit of collaboration, enthusiasm and interest in interior design.
• Ability to move or lift loads up to 65 lbs (30 kg).

Responsibilities

• Advise customers by promoting our furniture and accessories.
• Ensure after-sales follow-up to track deliveries and answer customer questions.
• Participate in inventory management and reception of goods.
• Ensure that furniture and accessories are highlighted and that the store is clean.
