Job summary

Structube is seeking a Retail Associate for our Langley store to help customers select furniture and home accessories. You will advise customers, promote products, and follow up on deliveries after purchase.

Collaborate with a team, assist with inventory and goods reception, and keep displays neat. The role requires a passion for interior design, good listening skills, and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail.
• Listening skills and ability to offer advice.
• Strong spirit of collaboration, enthusiasm and interest in interior design.
• Ability to move or lift loads up to 65 lbs (30 kg).

Responsibilities

• Advise customers by promoting our furniture and accessories.
• Ensure after-sales follow-up in order to track deliveries and answer customer questions.
• Participate in inventory management and reception of goods.
• Ensure that furniture and accessories are highlighted and that the store is clean.
• Perform other related duties.
