What you will do:

Part-Time Assistant Manager

Cineplex’s Part-Time Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and aim to create a fun and entertaining night out.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Assist in leading and managing a dedicated team of employees, ensuring guest satisfaction is maintained.
2. Manage the guest experience to ensure every visitor is satisfied and eager to return.
3. Assist in managing your theatre’s budget and increasing revenue.
4. Forecast and initiate actions/projects to drive the business forward and reinforce Cineplex Entertainment as Canada's premier film exhibition company.

Qualifications:

This role may be a perfect fit if you:

• Have experience in a similar environment.
• Can analyze and interpret customer needs to offer appropriate solutions.
• Have demonstrated leadership during high-volume periods across multiple departments.
• Possess strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
• Have flexible scheduling to work extended hours as required.
