Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations.
• Participate in recruitment and training of staff.
• Provide feedback and motivate team members.
• Manage employee schedules.
• Handle inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Oversee financial transactions and reporting.
• Step in for the Store Manager when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old in certain states, 21+ in others.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Auto insurance on the vehicle.
• Flexible to work various shifts.
• Fluent in English, basic math skills.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willing to participate in Topshelf Manager Training if applicable.
