Job summary

Harnois Énergies is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Proxi convenience store in Berthierville. The role is a temporary one-year contract with a full-time schedule, including weekends. You will help manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure a welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications include two years of retail leadership experience; a DEP is an asset. We offer on-site training, benefits, vacation and performance-based advancement opportunities.

Your responsibilities as Assistant Manager:

• Ensure the day-to-day management of the store in the absence of the manager;
• Maintain a clean and welcoming checkout environment;
• Participate in the administrative management of the store (cash registers, orders, inventories, etc.);
• Train, supervise and motivate team members.

To be an Assistant manager, you need :

• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) an asset;
• Two years' experience as a retail assistant manager or equivalent experience.
