Job summary

Proxi is seeking a manager to lead a dynamic retail team in Lanaudière. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, guiding daily store operations, and ensuring a welcoming checkout environment.

You will supervise staff, handle administrative duties, and drive motivational leadership to meet performance goals within our Proxi stores.

Qualifications

• DEP is asset.
• Two years' experience as a retail assistant manager or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer-service orientation and people leadership.
• Ability to manage day-to-day store operations with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the day-to-day management of the store.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming checkout environment.
