Job summary

Harnois Énergies is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Proxi convenience store in Saint-Fulgence, QC. The role covers day-to-day store leadership in the manager's absence, maintaining a friendly checkout area, and handling administrative tasks like cash registers and inventory.

You will train and supervise a small team, contribute to a positive customer experience, and support opportunities for career growth within the Harnois Énergies network.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) an asset.
• Two years' experience as a retail assistant manager or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day store management in the absence of the manager.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming checkout environment.
• Participate in administrative store tasks (cash registers, orders, inventories).
• Train, supervise and motivate team members.
