Responsibilities

• Assist the Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations and maintain high food safety standards.
• Support food prep and quality control to ensure consistent dishes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment for all staff.
• Help train staff and improve kitchen workflows; participate in leadership development.
• Support cost control efforts and adherence to department budgets.

As Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will support the Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations, assist with food prep and quality control, and ensure a safe and clean working environment. You’ll help train staff and improve kitchen workflows. Leadership development is also prioritized to help you advance your skills.
