Role Responsibilities

• Manage a kitchen alongside the Kitchen Manager, ensuring high standards in food quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Develop skills under mentorship to manage production goals, food, waste, inventory, and labor costs.
• Order products, stock, and supplies.
• Build partnerships with team members and Front of House staff.
• Live and teach our Values and Promises.
• Spread enthusiasm and energy among team members.
• MUST be Smart Serve Certified.
• Previous kitchen management/supervisory experience (1-3 years) in a similar environment is preferred.
• Culinary Red Seal and Smart Serve Certification are assets.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with computers and learning new software.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, cost, and labor control is a plus.
