Assistant Jewellery Sales Manager / Jewellery Sales Manager

Region of Workplace: Toronto

No. of Vacancy: 2 People

Details of Position:

  1. Assist to manage the operation of the Department
  2. Build up strong customer relationships
  3. Drives sales through effective merchandising and promotional activity
  4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution
  5. Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations
  6. Responsible for managing the operation of the department, the flow of goods and improving the efficiency of employees
  7. Prepare sales and retail-related reports

Job Requirements:

Qualifications Requirement: High School

Experience Requirement: 8 Years

Computer Application: Not needed

Others:

  1. With at least 8 years solid working experience in retail industry preferably with 4 years in jewellery or management
  2. Strong communication and customer service skills
  3. Good communication and written skills in both English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
  4. Strong business sense, with logical thinking and analytical ability
  5. Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target and high sense of responsibility
  6. Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster
  7. Ability to work with POS systems, Microsoft applications and portable devices

Note: Candidates with more solid & relevant working experience and management in jewellery retail industry will be considered for the post of Jewellery Sales Manager.
