ClubLink is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional at RattleSnake Point Golf Club in Milton, Ontario. You will work closely with the Head Golf Professional to manage the pro-shop, oversee outside services, and deliver outstanding member experiences while advancing your career in a private club setting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership skills.
• PGA of Canada Member in good standing or pursuing PGA of Canada membership.
• Experience in golf operations, golf retail, instruction, or tournament administration preferred.
• Positive and outgoing personality.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Committed to working in a team environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Retail sales experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations of the pro-shop and outside golf services.
• Oversee Outside Golf Services Staff daily.
• Train and mentor Golf Services Staff.
• Ensure Club Service Goals are met.
• Provide and deliver exceptional member services.
• Pro Shop sales and merchandising.
• Willingness to learn and grow as a Golf Professional.
• Assist with weekly leagues and member events.

Working closely with the Head Golf Professional and leadership team, the Assistant Golf Professional will play a key role in the daily operation of the golf department, member engagement, tournament execution, instructional programming, and golf shop management.

This is a full-time seasonal role that will run from approx. early April - mid November.
