Whitlock Golf & Country Club is seeking an Assistant or Associate Golf Professional for the upcoming season. The role covers pro shop operations, staff leadership, event execution, and our teaching programs, with weekends and evenings required.
The position offers a 40-hour work week with a base salary of CAD 1,000 per week and a revenue share on lesson income. Bilingual English/French and PGA of Canada membership in good standing are highly preferred.

As a key representative of our 27-hole facility, you will play an active role in pro shop operations, staff management, event execution, and our teaching programs. Responsibilities
Pro Shop Operations: Work 3 to 5 shifts per week in the pro shop, with increased hours during the spring and fall periods.
Staff Leadership: Oversee the daily operations and staff of the bag shop and driving range.
Tournament & Event Support: Assist with the organization and execution of various club competitions and member events throughout the season.
Member Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, maintain an engaging and outgoing presence, and comfortably handle member inquiries in person and over the phone.
