The MRG Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Dublin Calling Danforth in Toronto. You will lead guest experience, host events, and drive business through community outreach in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Smart Serve certificate is required.
• 1–3 years in Hospitality/F&B with leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Track record of hiring, training and developing team members.
• Experience with POS and hospitality software (Square/OpenTable is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Host and execute events and parties with a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere.
• Collaborate with sales to meet service expectations for events, including food service, staffing, and room setup.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards across the venue to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee financial performance and ensure adherence to brand standards while fostering a positive culture.
