GoodLife Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Calgary, Alberta. You will lead a team of sales associates, onboard and develop staff, and ensure an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities include coaching on sales and relationship building to drive memberships and support the club's financial health; you will assist the General Manager in daily operations and uphold our core values. This role offers growth and a dynamic, fitness-focused environment.

## **ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER****Who is an Assistant General Manager?**The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
