Job summary

GoodLife Fitness in Calgary is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team of sales associates and ensure an exceptional member experience. You will oversee onboarding, coaching, and development, and take ownership of the new member journey.

You'll train staff on sales and relationship-building to drive memberships and contribute to the club's financial health, while supporting the General Manager in daily operations and fostering a caring, inclusive culture.

• Previous sales experience is an asset.

• Proven success in leading, training and motivating diverse teams.

This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
