GoodLife Fitness in Calgary, AB is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team of sales associates and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will oversee onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development to help members achieve their health goals, while driving membership growth and club profitability.

As a hands-on leader, you will partner with the General Manager on daily operations, staff engagement, and delivering a welcoming, inclusive gym environment that reflects our core

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Who is an Assistant General Manager?

The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.

What will you be doing?

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day oversight and management of the Club

Compensation:

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $47,000. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
