Job summary

Cantina Revelstoke is seeking a driven Assistant General Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the GM to lead the staff, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

We value energy, leadership, and a genuine love for hospitality. Past management experience is an asset as you help promote from within and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership and guest service.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous management experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM with daily operations and staff coordination.
• Lead by example to drive guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Support scheduling, training and performance feedback for the team.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
