Qualifikationen

• Three (3) years retail supervisory experience required.
• Some heavy lifting is required (up to 50 lbs.).
• Relocation considerations: AB Health coverage for out-of-province candidates.

We’re looking for an Assistant Gas Bar Manager at our Timberlands Gas Bar in Red Deer to help oversee daily operations, support our team, and ensure a safe, positive experience for customers. Position:Assistant Gas Bar Manager

Full-time: 40 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly and co-operative attitude in the workplace each day
• Oversee theoperationandadministrationofthegasbarinthemanager'sabsence
• Manage the procurement of merchandise within the gas bar
• Ensure the receiving and handling of merchandise meets Central Alberta Co-op policies, procedures and standards
• Provide leadership in the areas of loss prevention and health & safety
• Contribute to a positive customer experience, ensuring products and service provided aligns with the expectations of external and internal customers
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or an acceptable combination of education and experience
• Three (3) years retail supervisory experience
• Businessrelatededucationwouldbeanasset
