Qualifications

• Must have planning and inventory management experience.
• Ability to budget, control expenses and lead staff.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership and coaching capability.

Responsabilités

• Maintains store standards to optimize customer experience and profitability.
• Works with Management Team to ensure standards across all areas, including backroom.
• Assists FSM with labour scheduling and uses WFM to maximize productivity.
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to operate the business.
