Shoppers Drug Mart in Paradise, NL is seeking an Assistant Front Store Manager to support the FSM in managing day-to-day store operations, driving product flow, and delivering excellent customer service. You will help optimize staffing, scheduling, and wage administration while ensuring the store meets its objectives.

Collaborating with the Management Team, you will implement corporate programs, maintain store standards, and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store standards to optimize customer experience and profitability.
• Collaborates with Management Team to enforce standards including the backroom.
• Assists FSM with labour scheduling and leverages WFM to maximize productivity.
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate for daily operations.
• Supports hiring for all departments excluding Pharmacy.
