• 1+ years Retail Food Leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years Retail Food experience.
• Food Safety Certificate.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Merchandising knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute day-to-day store tasks and support store direction.
• Achieve sales, margin, and expense objectives with the team.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate department staff.
• Communicate requirements and translate vision into initiatives.
• Maintain brand standards, pricing, promotions, and policies.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting.
• Lead budgeting processes and asset maintenance.
