Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - Portobello

This is a full-time, permanent position, starting in the near future.

Pay Range: $69,000 - $72,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications

Job Duties Include:

  • Assist in leadingyour departmental colleagues within our restaurants
  • Ensure food & beverage brand standards are maintained
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
  • Assist in achievingfinancial targets through maximizing revenue and managing expenses and productivity
  • Performance management of all restaurant colleagues through constant communication, training, development and follow-up

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years’ leadership experience in food & beverage managing large teams
  • Experience in a bar/restaurantsetting preferred
