Upper Canada Child Care invites applications for an Assistant Educator to join our team in Woodbridge at St. Veronica CES. The role supports a developmentally appropriate, play-based program in a before- and after-school setting with split shifts and full-day options.

The position offers competitive hourly pay ($20.60–$23.54 base), with potential wage enhancements and premium pay for split shifts. Candidates must be available for minimum shifts monthly and uphold our values of safety, respect

Qualifications

• CPR-C certification and Standard First Aid as required.
• Experience with play-based program design and documentation is an asset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education requirements and program statements.
• Engage with children to provide a positive learning experience.
• Assist with meals, toileting, diapering, dressing, and daily routines.
