Job summary

Groupe Dynamite in Montréal is seeking an Assistant Fashion Designer to support sketches and technical packs, and to work in CLO 3D to present products, build outfits, and add colours/prints to the assortment. Reporting to the Head Designer, you will collaborate with Merchandising and Sourcing, attend live model fittings, and develop precise technical illustrations and specs for production.

Qualifications include a DEC or Bachelor’s in Fashion Design, up to two years of technical sketch

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma, DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in technical sketches.
• Strong retail background and trend awareness.
• Knowledge of garment construction and fittings.
• Solid computer skills (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of 3D software (CLO or equivalent) is an asset.
• Excellent product knowledge.
• French or English is required for daily communication with suppliers, employees, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
