Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Duncan, BC is hiring an Assistant Department Manager, Restaurant. You will lead frontline teams, coach and mentor staff, and ensure a world-class customer experience while maintaining a strong store presence.

The role requires open availability for 40 hours per week and a passion for great food and service. Compensation ranges from CAD 19.25 to 22.60 per hour, with benefits, pension, and opportunities for growth within Pattison Food Group.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience (asset).
• Food Safe Certification.
• A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.

The successful candidate must have open availability and be available for 40 hours per week.

Compensation

$19.25 - $22.60 The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
