Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Duncan, BC, is hiring an Assistant Department Manager, Produce. The role requires open availability and a 40-hour work week, with compensation details provided below.

You will lead and coach a team, deliver friendly customer service, and help drive sales and operations in the Produce department.

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Food Safe Certification.

We are hiring for an Assistant Department Manager, Produce at our Save-On-Foods location in Duncan, BC.

The successful candidate must have open availability and be available for 40 hours per week.

• Assisting with leading a team, acting as a coach, mentor, and resource to team members.

• Engaging and retaining team members through training and development, performance management, rewards/recognition and the identification and development of future leaders.
• Communicating important messages with the team.

• Taking count of the correct amount of stock.

Qualifications

Compensation Details

• $19.25 - $22.60. The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
