Job summary

Recruiting In Motion - Eastern Ontario is assisting a well-established commercial real estate client in Vaughan with an Assistant Controller role reporting to the Controller. The position requires CPA from public accounting with strong property accounting exposure and leadership skills.

The role focuses on overseeing property accounting activities, CAM and tax recoveries, monthly reconciliations, and supporting year-end audits, with 5 days onsite in Vaughan.

Qualifications

• CPA from public accounting, ideally Senior/Manager level
• Strong property accounting exposure in ASPE
• Experience with CAM, realty tax, recoveries and tenant accounting
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Assistant Controller

Our client is a well-established commercial real estate organization seeking a CPA for an Assistant Controller role reporting to the Controller.

Location

Vaughan - 5 days onsite

Ideal Background
