Job summary

Parkbridge Management LP seeks an Assistant Community Manager on a 6-month contract to support day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and lease administration at one of our communities in Canada. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to tenants and coordinating with vendors and staff to maintain a well-managed property.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years in property management or customer service, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with Yardi or similar

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in property management or a customer service role.
• Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with tenants, staff and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the property.
• Conduct regular property inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely repairs.
• Assist in organizing preventive maintenance schedules for the property.
• Serve as a point of contact for tenants and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with lease administration: processing new leases, renewals, and terminations.
• Maintain positive tenant relations and enforce lease agreements and property rules.
