Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group is seeking a Pharmacy Laboratory Supervisor to lead a technical team and ensure smooth daily operations in our lab environment.

You will supervise staff, participate in hiring and performance reviews, organize schedules, train team members, and work with management to continuously improve customer service and operational efficiency.

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• supervising the work of the technical staff under his/her responsibility and ensuring the distribution of tasks;
• continuously improve customer service;
• ensuring the proper operational functioning of the laboratory;
• perform, in collaboration with the management team, various management tasks such as hiring, performance appraisals or team schedules;
• to see to the training of the people under your responsibility.

To hold this position, you must:

• have experience as a pharmacy technical assistant.
