Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Quebec Outaouais is seeking a Pharmacy Technical Supervisor. You will supervise the technical staff, ensure the proper operation of the laboratory, and coordinate hiring, performance reviews and team schedules with the management team.

The ideal candidate is engaging, autonomous, curious, precise and analytical, a true team player with good judgment, and fluent in French. 35 hours or more per week, with flexible hours, a friendly work environment, and a competitive salary

Job description

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• supervising the work of the technical staff under his/her responsibility and ensuring the distribution of tasks;
• continuously improve customer service;
• ensuring the proper operational functioning of the laboratory;
• perform, in collaboration with the management team, various management tasks such as hiring, performance appraisals or team schedules;
• to see to the training of the people under your responsibility.

To hold this position, you must:

• have experience as a pharmacy technical assistant.
