Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Montreal, QC is seeking personnel to support pharmacy care, optimize the drug circuit, and manage laboratory activities. You will handle inventory, device maintenance where needed, and provide administrative support across PJCs.

Ideal candidates are curious, team‑oriented, and empathetic, with flexible hours and a collaborative work environment. French language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Support optimization and safety of the drug circuit
• Assist pharmacists with pharmacy care and services
• Provide administrative and operational support
• Coordinate all technical activities of the laboratory
• Manage inventory, warehousing and optimization
• Maintain devices such as robots in PJCs where applicable
• Provide technical training for ATPs

Job description

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• to carry out activities related to the optimization and safety of the drug circuit;
• support the clinical work of pharmacists by performing various tasks related to pharmacy care and services at their request;
• providing administrative and operational support;
• ensure the coordination of all technical activities of the laboratory;
• manage inventory management, warehousing and optimization;
• in some PJCs to be responsible for the maintenance of devices such as robots;
• provide technical training for pharmacy technical assistants (ATPs).
