YMCA Calgary is seeking an Assistant Chef to ensure high-quality meals and manage kitchen staff. The role involves menu planning, ordering supplies, and liaising with parents regarding dietary restrictions. Ideal candidates will have experience in large volume kitchens and relevant certifications.
